ALERT:
With the rise of scams and fraud, the Town wanted to make residents aware that we do not have deadlines for payments for services from our Town Planner or Attorney that must be paid by ACH or credit cards. The Town only accepts payments for permits and services by cash or check. The Parks & Rec. Department and Police Department accept credit cards separately from the Town. If you ever receive an email or an invoice that you are questioning, please feel free to reach out to the Clerk’s Office and we would be happy to answer your questions.

Download the FORM from the website or pick one up at the Clerk’s office; complete the form and return it along with a copy of a current rabies vaccination certificate and a check or money order made out to the Town of Mukwonago. A $10 per dog late fee is required after April 1. If mailing the documents, include a SASE. Wisconsin Statute 95.21 requires proof of current rabies vaccination every year.
